A Word about Shipping Charges:
We have seen a lot of orders recently that have come through with one of the "Decals Only" rates, when the order contains kits, diecast models, and resin parts. The "Decals Only" options apply to orders that can be put in an envelope, between two pieces of cardboard. Clearly, kits and diecast models cannot, and most resin parts cannot either. So... I know for smaller and lighter orders my system will offer the "Decals Only" rate, please be sure to select a more appropriate (and yes, I know, more expensive) rate.
Back Orders:
For reasons not always communicated to us, some of our suppliers have become very slow at fullfilling our orders. Some suppliers send us regular shipments, but for reasons unknown, certain items in their product offerings are slow to be produced and delivered. Consequently, I am no longer holding up an order that contains products from these suppliers, but will maintain a "Back Order",and will send the missing items as soon as they become available.
Latest News:
The Hasegawa 1/144 scale Embraer 170 in JAL Express has been released in Japan, and is on its way to the overseas distributors. Mine has no firm eta at this time, but expects them by mid to late August. We are accepting and accumulating quite a number of advance orders, and we will ship the kits as soon as they arrive!
Another parcel is expected from Welsh Models by the end of July. Unfortunately Welsh continues to experience problems with the supply of the larger resin parts, and consequently no 1/72 scale items are included in the shipment. Welsh Models asks me to extend their apologies. New items include a Fokker 100 with American Airlines markings, KLM Fokker 70, Alitalia Express Embraer 145 and Balkan Ilyushin 18.
Scale Aircraft Conversions produces white metal landing gear detail parts. We have their 1/144 787, 1/72 Curtiss C.46, and 1/48 scale DC-3/C.47 sets in stock.
F-Rsin has released another limited run injection moulded plastic kit - this time the Breugets 761 Deux Ponts. Four kits are available with choice of Air France (2 schemes), Air Algerie and Armee de l'Air decals.
Vintage Flyer Decals is another new decal producer. They are specialising in older (1950's and 1960's) US schemes, and are producing their decals in 1/144, 1/72 and other scales where kits are available (e.g 1/122 for the Revell DC-7).
The latest RBX Decals have arrived. I'll have images shortly.....
Zvezda's 1/144 scale kit of the Boeing 787-800 is back in stock!
TwoSix Models will shortly release the Fly Models 1/144 scale Douglas DC-9-30 kit with a North American operator's scheme. Stay tuned...
The FLY Models 1/144 scale DC-9-30 kits are in stock. Two options are currently available, Firebird II and United Nations. Each kit contains an appropriate set of resin parts for the different versions.
We just received Contrails Models latest releases, including the 1/144 scale 777 nose, GE90-115B engines, and detailed 777 landing gear. The 1/200 GE90 engines have also arrived.
The F-Rsin injection moulded 1/144 scale Douglas DC-7C kits have arrived! Three separate kits available, with your choice of BOAC, KLM or Braniff markings.
Flying Fish Models has ceased production of their entire product line. Our stocks are rapidly running out…

The Revell Germany C-17A Globemaster III kit is back in stock. We have some great decals by Draw Decals, including some interesting "Flights of Fancy" schemes for a commercial variant. Qatar marking are in stock by Draw and TwoSix!
AirlineFan.com has released an interesting new book titled 'Air-to-Air Ultimate Airline Photography'. It's semi-hard cover, and features an impressive selection of air to air airliner photographs.
Revell Germany has re-released their Airbus A.320 kit with Lufthansa markings, as kit RV4267. It comes with CFM56 engines only. Also just arrived the 1/72 scale DC-3 (RV4234) with Finnair and Ilmavoimat markings.
I am expanding the range of products offered in this estore. In particular, I am expanding the selection of airliner and aviation DVD's following the popularity of the Air Utopia DVD's we added in May. I have added the airlinehobby.com range, along with the Avion range.
World Airline Fleets News is now available in our estore! This monthly magazine is particularly well known for its excellent photographic content. Please note.... if you place a "Standing Order" for WAFN, the $5 handling charge will be waived.

Payment Options
All We accept PayPal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) from all countries. We can accept Money Orders from US and Canadian customers, as long as Canadian customers can purchase them in US funds. We cannot accept Money Orders from any other country due to excessive bank charges levied to deposit them. We will no longer accept personal cheques except by prior arrangement due to a recent spate of returned NSFcheques.
"Handling" Charge
All orders under $25.00 before shipping will be charged a maximum $5.00 handling charge (orders between $20 and $25 will be reduced at final invocing to make the before shipping total $25). This is automatically added to the postage charge at checkout time, and will appear on your final invoice mailed with your order. This handling charge will NOT apply to back order shipments, and will NOT apply to "standing orders" for monthly magazines (e.g. WAFN).
A customer asked "If I place a small second order, that ships with a another order already "In Process", will the Handling charge apply" Answer is "No".... but please remind me in the Checkout Notes of the other order! I will combine and if the new total before shipping is over $25, the Handling Charge will not apply.
Price Guarantee
Prices shown on this site can only be honoured for 'in stock' items. If an item is out of stock, and in particular if it is imported, prices are subject to adjustment.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns within 21 days of shipping for a full refund of the product cost with no "restocking" charge. The item must arrive back here in re-saleable condition - kits must not have been opened, decals must not be cut creased or damaged, and diecast models must be free of any obvious handling damage. Postage and any handling charge that applied to the original order will not be refunded.
If an item is returned to be exchanged for another product, please be aware that the replacement order will be charged a handling charge if it meets the criteria set out above.
"Complete Order" Policy
Since re-launching this site three years ago, I have made it my policy to attempt to send "complete orders", with a minimum of "back order" items. This saves you shipping $$$, and saves me a lot of time. With over 10,000 items listed here, it is very difficult to keep all items in stock all the time. Hence I pull and pack as much of every order that I can, then place orders for the missing items. Most of my suppliers are able to fill these orders quickly, however some take months to complete and ship my orders. Hence, I have modified this policy, and will now only hold orders for a select group of highly responsive suppliers. Out of stock items from all other suppliers will be back ordered. Who are these "highly responsive" suppliers The current list includes, but is not limited to, Draw Decals, TwoSix, Contrails, GeminiJets, InFlight, Dragon WIngs, JetX, F-Rsin, Flying Colors, RBX Decals, Daco Skyline.
Shipping - U.S. Destinations:
U.S. domestic shipments will be sent by US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Post, with "Signature Required" Delivery Confirmation. Only small 'decal only' orders (under 8 ounces, generally up to 12 decals) will be sent by USPS domestic First Class mail. If you want to avoid the $1.95 extra cost for "Signature Confirmation" on Priority Post packages (already included in the quoted postage), please let us know in the "Additional Comments or Special Instructions:" box at checkout. As always, postage charged is at cost, and excess paid is always refunded.
Note, however, that ALL U.S. orders sent to office or work address, or to anywhere other than your Billing Address, must be sent Priority Post with "Signature Required" Delivery Confirmation.
Also, the US Postal Service (USPS) recently changed how shipping costs are calculated for "large" parcels. Anything sent Priority Post that exceeds 1,728 cubic inches (e.g. 12" x 12" x 12" or any variation) is calculated by volume. In such cases, unless you ask me to ship to a USPS PO box, I will ship via UPS Ground, saving you considerable expense. UPS cannot deliver to a USPS PO Box.
Note, we will NOT ship to a Hotel under any circumstances! While we appreciate that international airline crews would like to save money by sending a parcel to their crew hotel, we have repeatedly found that such arrangements usually result in a lost parcel. Making matters worse, UPS, FedEx and the USPS will demonstrate that the package was delivered and signed for, and will not approve an insurance claim, while the hotel will deny ever signing for the package. Hence, for your protection, we will not ship to a hotel under any circumstances.
