We retail Plastic Kits, Decals, Accessories, Pre Finished models (plastic and diecast metal), and Airline Modeller magazine.

In addition, we provide an online auction dedicated and customised to Airliner Collectables. We have categories for plastic kits, decals, diecasts, prefinished models, postcards, and any other related item of interest.

AHS is owned and operated by Russell Brown. I have over 30 years experience in the airliner modelling field, and over 20 years in business as a producer and distributor of kits and decals.

Privacy Policy

AHS recognises and respects our customers right to Privacy and Confidentiality regarding any and all information gathered via this web site, and provided via the various online and paper order forms used as we conduct business.

All customer information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail accounts is maintained by AHS in strict and complete confidentiality.

AHS does not, and will not, provide customer information from this database to any third party, except to the Banks and Law Enforcement Agencies for fraud or other legal investigation.

Returns and Exchanges

Any item ordered from us may be returned as long as it arrives at our address within 20 business days of mailing. There is no restocking charge for items returned within the 20 business days of our shipping for exchange or refund. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original packaging, with all original instruction and parts, as appropriate. If you cut parts from a sprue, assemble any components or paint any parts, or cut decals, they are considered 'started', and may not be returned. You are responsible for appropriate packaging to ensure the item arrives in 'saleable' condition. Creased decals, kits in damaged boxes, etc, will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

If you wish to exchange a kit or decal purchased from us outside of 20 business days, please contact us BEFORE sending it to us. If we agree to accept an item, a 25% restocking fee will be charged from our current retail price, and a merchandise credit (no cash or credit card refund) will be given. As above, the item must reach us in 'Saleable' condition to be accepted.

We do not accept items purchased elsewehere for exchange or credit.

Shipping Charges

Unless specifically requested by you, we ship by U.S. Postal Service, using First Class, Air Mail and Priority Post as most appropriate to your address.

We will also ship by FedEx and UPS, upon specific request. Please note we charge a $5 handling fee for this added service due to the extra paperwork involved.

The USPS has imposed a "volume" calculation that currently only applies to domestic Priority Post packages that exceed 1 cubic foot (1728 cu inches). Such orders will be shipped UPS Ground (with no extra handling fee). Note however, we cannot ship UPS to a Postal PO Box.

We charge the actual shipping cost as calculated by weighing your completed order. Hence, the shipping charge this site calculates IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE, and will be adjusted as necessary.

Handling Charges

We charge a $5.00 Handling Charge on all orders under $25.00, before taxes and shipping charges are added.
